What this is

This page sets out the terms on which we publish this website. It is a notice rather than an agreement — this site sells nothing, has no accounts and asks you to accept nothing. Where we take on work for a client, the terms that govern it are the ones in the signed agreement for that work, not the ones on this page.

Smart Solutions Hub and our marks are ours. Other names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement in either direction.

Accuracy

We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we publish it as is and without warranty. Content may become out of date, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.

Our service descriptions are not an offer

The descriptions of our work on this site are there to explain what we do. They are not an offer, not a quotation, and not a commitment to any scope, schedule or result. Nothing here creates an obligation on either of us until there is a written agreement covering a specific piece of work.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or technical advice for your particular situation.

Products still being built

Where we describe something we are building — currently, an iOS application — we are describing work in progress. Features, timing and availability may change, and a description here is not a promise that any of it will ship in the form described. We do not announce release dates, and we do not publish screens of software that does not exist yet.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or how it handles your data.

Privacy

How this site handles information is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: it collects nothing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Some liability cannot be excluded under California law, and we do not attempt to exclude it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.

Changes

If we change these terms we will publish the new version here and update the effective date at the top. We do not track changes silently, and we do not treat your continued reading as agreement to anything.
