What we do, and who does it.
SMART SOLUTIONS HUB LLC is a California company working across three lines of work — advertising creative, post-production, and motion and animation — and now building software of its own.
Around the studio is a group of people who have worked together a long time: designers, a colorist, an art director. They come in by discipline, which is why a job gets the person who is genuinely best at it rather than whoever happened to be free that week.
We work remotely by design. Post does not need a room. Your material moves over the network, and where we sit makes no difference to what comes back.

I have been in post-production since 2010, and what I care about has not changed in that time: that the work is good, that the person who commissioned it is glad they did, and that someone is answerable when it is not.
If you hire us, you are dealing with me. I scope the work, I am on the calls, and I answer for what ships.
We take the work we can do well.
We are not trying to take every job that comes past. When something sits outside what we do properly — heavy character animation, a full 3D build, a feature finish — we say so in the first conversation rather than at delivery. It costs you nothing to find out, and it is the cheapest possible moment to hear it.
What we do take, we take from wherever you are: footage, a brief, a script, or nothing but an idea. From there it is one studio through to the delivered master.
